Privacy policy

This policy explains what happens to your personal data when you visit abd-group.hr or send us an enquiry. We keep it short because we collect very little.

Who we are

We are the controller of the personal data described below.

What we collect

• Partner enquiry form. Your name, company, work email, primary market, business type and the product categories you are interested in. You give us this data yourself when you submit the form.
• Server logs. Our hosting provider records the usual technical data for every visit: IP address, date and time, the page requested, browser and operating system. This happens automatically and is needed to run and secure the site.

We do not use analytics, advertising or tracking cookies, and we do not profile visitors.

Why we use it, and on what basis

• To answer your enquiry and, where it leads somewhere, to prepare and manage a business relationship. Legal basis: steps taken at your request before entering into a contract, and our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries.
• To keep the site running and secure. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in a functioning, protected website.

Storage on your device

The site sets no advertising or analytics cookies. It saves one item in your browser's local storage to remember your light or dark theme choice, and one to remember that you have seen the privacy notice. Both stay on your device, are readable only by this site, and you can clear them at any time in your browser settings.

Third parties

• Google Fonts. Typefaces are loaded from Google servers, which means Google receives your IP address and basic request data when the page loads.
• Our hosting provider stores the site and its server logs on our behalf.
• Our email provider receives and stores enquiries sent through the form.

We do not sell your data and we do not share it with anyone for marketing purposes.

How long we keep it

Enquiries are kept for as long as the business relationship is active, and afterwards only for as long as we are required to or have a legitimate reason to. Server logs are kept for a short period by the hosting provider, in line with their standard retention.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you may ask us for a copy of your data, ask us to correct or delete it, ask us to restrict how we use it, object to our use of it, or ask for it in a portable format. Write to info@abd-group.hr and we will respond within one month.

If you believe we have handled your data improperly, you can complain to the Croatian Personal Data Protection Agency (AZOP), Selska cesta 136, 10000 Zagreb, azop.hr.

Changes

If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page.
